Troubleshooting Your Fixed Wireless Connection

  1. Unplug the Router for 15 seconds and reconnect
  2. If red/blue light still on, check POE cable (Little Black Box connected to Router)
  3. Unplugged POE, reconnect and wait 4 to 5 minutes to see if the Internet reconnects.
  4. Make sure all cords are plugged into the router and the POE with a firm connection.
  5. If the lights do not return green and internet is not restored, please contact CIS to send a technician.

Blue Light means router works, but radio is not connected to the router.
